General Membership Meeting

Program Chair Harry Verheul has set up two timely programs for our March meeting. This program will cover a diverse range of subjects of current interest to Public Works officials. 
     • Track One: The Efficient Fleet
     • Track Two: Minimizing Energy Consumption

Our Luncheon Speaker will be Cynthia Downing, San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization She will give us an overview of their role in monitoring potential grants and any laws that may affect member agencies. They also prepare grant application and perform the required reporting.
