The next Chapter meeting is Friday, May 4, 2007. The meeting will be held in Visalia at the Double "L" Steakhouse, located at 401 East Center St. Program Chair, Harry Verheul, has arranged another timely program. Track One is about "Flood Maps and Levee Maintenance" and Track Two concerns "Implementing Impact Fees the Hard Way." These Tracks will begin at 10:05 AM and end at approximately 12 Noon. The Luncheon speaker is Mr. Ron Hughes, Executive Director, Kings COunty Area Public Transit Agency.
